On March 2-4, 2012, the city of Dallas celebrated a major milestone of The Trinity project – the opening of the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge. The bridge construction began in 2004, aided by a major gift raised by The Trinity Trust. Additional milestones in the project aided by funds raised by The Trinity Trust include the 20′ model of the Trinity River Corridor Project, the renovation of Moore Park, the renovation of the Continental Bridge, the creation of Dallas CityDesign Studio, the construction of The Dallas Wave, and the design of the Margaret McDermott Bridge.

The Trinity Trust
The Trinity Trust is dedicated to raising private funds and community outreach to assist with the implementation of the Balanced Vision Plan* for the City of Dallas’ Trinity River Project and to help ensure that all components of the plan are designed and developed with an appreciation for, and understanding of, and a desire to protect the areas of natural beauty within the Trinity corridor.
